How to Use — Fast, Thin, Repeatable

  1. Prep clean: Work on clean, dry, intact skin. Brush away sweat and dirt.
  2. Spray thin: Hold 6–8 inches away; apply a light, even sheen. Massage by hand if needed.
  3. Let it set: Allow to dry before tacking or wrapping. Confirm even coverage—no pooling.
  4. Keep the order: Whole-body cool with IceBath™ → target hot zones with CryoSpray® → finish with RTU or Gel (thin).
House rule: One wrap medium at a time. Don’t put gel/liniment directly under poultice.

Post-Ride Routine (10 Minutes)

  1. Cool whole-body: IceBath™ RTU or 1:10 sponge. Air dry—no rinse.
  2. Target hot zones: CryoSpray® on tendons, fetlocks, stifles, hamstrings. Let dry fully.
  3. Finish thin: 24oz RTU or DiO® Gel—sheen, not frosting. Optional clean standing wraps.

Standing Wraps — Clean In, Clean Out

  • Apply thin, even RTU and allow ~60 seconds to set before bandaging.
  • Use clean quilts; even tension from mid-cannon down and back up; avoid rope lines.
  • Recheck at ~12 hours; change if damp or dirty.
  • One wrap medium: Don’t stack gel/liniment directly beneath poultice.

FAQ

Is the RTU the same as the gel?
Different formats, same scent-neutral mindset. Use RTU for quick, thin coverage; use Gel when you want a hand-applied finish under wraps.
Can I wrap over the RTU?
Yes—when applied thin and fully set. Clean materials and even tension matter.
Pre-ride or post-ride?
Mostly post-ride after cooling and targeting. If pre-ride, apply early so it’s fully set before tacking.
Show-suitable?
Formulated with a show-smart philosophy and suitable when used as directed. Always verify your association’s current rules.
Wounds or eyes?
No. External use on intact skin only; keep out of eyes and mucous membranes. Rinse with clean water if accidental contact occurs and consult your veterinarian as needed.
