Use the same email you use for your Draw It Out® account. This helps us match online orders and approved dealer claims to the right customer. Sign in to your account

Do I need to submit receipts for online orders?

This claim form is for purchases from authorized dealers. For orders placed directly on our website, check your account and the rewards program. Contact us if an eligible purchase appears to be missing.

What proof of purchase should I send?

A clear receipt or order confirmation showing the authorized dealer, purchase date, eligible Draw It Out® products, and amounts paid. Include the receipt or order reference when available.

When will dealer bonus points appear?

Dealer purchases are reviewed first. Approved bonus points appear in your DiOViB™ account within 3–5 business days after approval.

Use the rewards program on this page to view current earning opportunities, reward costs, and tier benefits. Availability depends on your account and eligible activity.
