  • The eligible Draw It Out® products and amounts paid.

What are my points worth?

100 points equals $1 in reward value. Redeem 500 points for $5 off, 1,000 for $10, 1,500 for $15, 2,000 for $20, or 5,000 for $50. Points are used toward future orders and are not cash.

How do I use a reward?

Sign in with your rewards email and open My rewards. Choose a reward you have enough points for, then apply its code at checkout. Dollar-off rewards apply across all collections to one-time purchases, with no minimum purchase. They do not apply to subscription orders.

When do purchase points appear?

Purchase points are awarded after your order is fulfilled. Product-page estimates show the base rate before discounts; your final eligible purchase amount and member tier determine the points awarded.

Can I combine rewards with other discounts?

Dollar-off rewards cannot combine with other product or order discounts, including the Elite Barn 5% benefit. They can combine with an eligible shipping discount. Choose the offer that gives you the best value.

How do member tiers work?

Trail starts at 0 lifetime points earned, Show at 500, and Elite Barn at 1,500. Show earns 1.1 times the base purchase points; Elite Barn earns 1.3 times. Tier shipping passes are one-use benefits, not unlimited free shipping. See the member benefits table for the current rewards.

Which email should I use?

Use the same email you use for your Draw It Out® account. This helps us match online orders and approved dealer claims to the right customer. Sign in to your account

Do I need to submit receipts for online orders?

This claim form is for purchases from authorized dealers. For orders placed directly on our website, check your account and the rewards program. Contact us if an eligible purchase appears to be missing.

What proof of purchase should I send?

A clear receipt or order confirmation showing the authorized dealer, purchase date, eligible Draw It Out® products, and amounts paid. Include the receipt or order reference when available.

When will dealer bonus points appear?

Dealer purchases are reviewed first. Approved bonus points appear in your DiOViB™ account within 3–5 business days after approval.

Where do I find current rewards and tier benefits?

Use the rewards program on this page to view current earning opportunities, reward costs, and tier benefits. Availability depends on your account and eligible activity.
