What to include for event or rider support

  • Event, club, association, barn, or rider name.
  • Date, location, discipline, and expected entries or attendance.
  • Email list size, social reach, website traffic, or other sponsor exposure if available.
  • What support you are asking for: product, gift cards, prize support, product credit, or another specific request.
  • How Draw It Out® will be represented before, during, and after the event.
  • Photos, recap content, tagging plan, or follow-up proof you can provide after the event.

How we choose

We look for fit, follow-through, and usefulness. The best requests are specific, organized, and clear about how the support helps horses, riders, dealers, or the broader western community. A big audience is nice. Trust, care, and real representation matter more.
