Yes!  Our products are safe under wraps and other therapeutic products.  They don't heat, cool or tingle so they won't be counter intuitive or build up too much heat!

It is entirely up to you!  We do recommend the gel for sport applications and legs and the Spray for larger areas like backs and shoulders but really both products are so versatile the choice is yours!

No.  Zinc Oxide is dangerous to dogs if ingested.  That being said it would take quite a bit for them to get sick.  Under direct supervision it is possible to use it safely though we would recommend our K9 line for your dog.
