How to Read Our Labels

  1. Directions first: We prioritize order of operations (cool → target → thin support) and dry-time guardrails.
  2. Roles, not buzzwords: We describe what ingredients do (e.g., carrier, humectant, skin-conditioner) so riders can make sense of the stack.
  3. Plain names: Where possible, we use common names alongside INCI/technical terms.
  4. Warnings that matter: Intact skin only; avoid eyes/mucous membranes; external use only.
Show Week: Our system is formulated without typical show-restricted ingredients and is suitable when used as directed. Always check your association’s current rules.

What We Leave Out

  • No perfumes or dyes — we keep it scent-neutral and show-smart.
  • No menthol “burn” — calm application = better compliance.
  • No alcohol sting — we design for quiet acceptance.
  • No heavy greases that gum up wraps or tack.
  • No drug-like claims — topicals support routine; they don’t diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Carriers & Solvents

Help deliver a uniform, thin coat and influence dry time. Think “vehicle” for the formula.

Humectants

Support skin feel and glide by attracting/retaining moisture at the surface so coats can stay even and light.

Skin Conditioners

Help the product spread cleanly and leave a non-greasy finish compatible with wraps and tack.

Stabilizers & pH Buffers

Keep the formula consistent in the barn, the trailer, and the show grounds.
