Team DIO™ Policy — Ambassadors, Pros & Partners

We back the riders who show up for their animals and their people. This page lays out how we work: simple expectations, fair perks, and non-negotiable care. No menthol burn, no alcohol sting, no perfumes or dyes—and no gray areas in policy either.

Program Overview

  • Purpose: Lift up real riders—no hype—while protecting animal welfare and our brand standards.
  • Who this covers: Ambassadors, pro team, sponsored athletes, creators, clinicians, affiliates, and event partners (“Members”).
  • Scope: All posts, appearances, signage, websites, booths, and promotions that feature Draw It Out®, ShowBarn Secret®, K9 Advanced™, or Dalo Acres.

This policy complements our Terms, Privacy Policy, and any signed agreement. If they conflict, the signed agreement governs.

Eligibility

  • Active in your discipline with a public profile (social, association profile, or event record).
  • Positive reputation and no animal welfare violations.
  • Willing to follow disclosure rules and brand standards.
  • 18+ or written guardian consent if under 18.

Perks may change by season or contract. Abuse (resale, arbitrage, code sharing on coupon sites) voids privileges.

Content Standards (Show Don’t Sell)

Do

  • Use clear, rider-first language: cool, calm, thin coats, intact skin only.
  • Feature real routines: IceBath™ → CryoSpray® → thin DiO Gel; let each step dry.
  • Use accurate product names and trademarks (Draw It Out®, CryoSpray®, IceBath™).
  • Show animal comfort (calm, clean, safe footing, correct wraps/boots).

Don’t

  • No medical or drug-like claims (see “Claims & Safety”).
  • No before/after that implies diagnosis, cure, or guaranteed outcomes.
  • No shock content, risky stunts, or poor horsemanship.
  • No competitor bashing, profanity-laced rants, or divisive topics under our banner.
Calm horses. Clean routines. Clear words.

FTC & Disclosure (Non-Negotiable)

  • Always disclose clearly and up front on every post/story/reel/live where you received product, perks, or payment.
  • Acceptable examples (contextualize in your voice): #ad, #sponsored, Partner with @DrawItOut, Use my code: ... (I earn from this).
  • Place disclosures where they’re seen/heard—not buried after “more.” For video, speak it and add on-screen text.
  • Follow your country/association rules in addition to FTC guidelines.
Short version: If value changed hands, you must tell your audience—plainly.

Claims & Safety (What You Can Say)

Allowed Phrases

  • “Sensation-free” / “No burn, no sting, no perfumes or dyes.”
  • “Wrap-friendly thin coat; use on intact skin only.”
  • “Whole-body cool, then target hot spots, then support thin.”

Do Not Say

  • No claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or injury.
  • No “painkiller,” “anti-inflammatory,” or drug equivalency statements.
  • No show rule guarantees—always advise riders to check current rules.

Keep products out of eyes and off open/deep wounds. Topicals support comfort and routines; they don’t replace veterinary care.

Brand & Assets (Use the Marks Right)

  • Use approved logos, colors (#78be20 accent), and product names. Don’t edit logos or recolor them.
  • Tag correctly: @drawitoutusa (or current handle) and link to drawliniment.com.
  • We may repost your content with credit. If you require pre-approval or licensing terms, get it in writing first.
  • Do not register domains, handles, or ads that include our trademarks without written permission.

Conduct & Animal Welfare

  • Horse and dog welfare first—fit, footing, hydration, and calm handling.
  • No abusive equipment use or methods. No content that glamorizes injury or distress.
  • Comply with venue, show, and local laws/rules at all times.
Zero tolerance: Welfare violations, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination end the relationship immediately.

Ordering & Shipping

  • Place orders at drawliniment.com while logged into your program account.
  • Free shipping follows our current retail policy (see Free Shipping).
  • Dealer/wholesale terms (if applicable) live in the dealer portal and may differ from retail perks.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Follow the store’s Return Policy.
  • Seeding/sampler items are not eligible for refund unless required by law.
  • Report damaged shipments within 7 days with photos of packaging and product.

Paid Ads, SEO, and Coupon Sites

Not Allowed

  • No bidding on our brand names/trademarks in ads (e.g., “Draw It Out,” “DiO,” “CryoSpray”).
  • No uploading/share-dumping codes to coupon sites or browser extensions.
  • No false scarcity (“ending tonight!”) unless we provide the timeline.

Allowed (With Approval)

  • Co-branded ads with pre-approved copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Event signage and handouts using approved assets.

Term, Updates & Termination

  • Membership is at-will. We can pause or end participation anytime for policy violations or brand risk.
  • You can step away anytime—just email us and stop using codes/links and assets.
  • We may update this page; continued participation means you accept the latest version.

FAQ

Can I share my personal code?
Only if it’s specifically labeled “shareable.” Personal-use codes are for you and your household—not for public posts or group chats.
Do I have to disclose on stories and lives?
Yes. Speak the disclosure and place it on-screen. If value changed hands, your audience must know—every time.
Can I promise results?
No. Share your experience, but avoid medical/drug-like claims or guarantees. Topicals support comfort and routines; they don’t replace veterinary care.
May I resell product or list it on marketplaces?
No resale on Amazon/eBay/marketplaces without written authorization. Personal discounts are not for arbitrage.
What if show rules change?
Always check your association’s current rules. We design for calm, scent-neutral care, but you are responsible for compliance in your discipline.
