How to Use MasterMudd™ — Thin, Even, Hands-On

  1. Start clean: Work on clean, dry, intact skin. Brush away sweat and dirt.
  2. Work it in: Apply a small amount by hand and massage until you see a light sheen. Avoid heavy layers.
  3. Let it set: Allow to dry before tacking. If you plan to wrap, consider using DiO® Gel as the under-wrap finish instead.
  4. Keep the order: Cool whole-body with IceBath™ → target hot zones with CryoSpray® → then choose MasterMudd™ (massage) or DiO® Gel (wrap-friendly finish).
House rule: One wrap medium at a time. Don’t layer gel/liniment directly under poultice.
