  2. Mix: Use neat for heavy grime or dilute up to 1:10 (shampoo:water) for routine baths.
  3. Lather: Apply with a sponge or bathing mitt, working against hair growth first, then smooth with the grain.
  4. Set: Let sit 1–2 minutes for tough sweat marks. Don’t let it dry on the coat.
  5. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear—especially in the girth, flank, and tailhead.
  6. Finish: Towel off. Comb mane/tail from the bottom up. Add detangler or conditioner if desired.
