Daily Senior Skin Routine (2–4 minutes)

After Work or Grooming

  1. Clean the area with cool water or a no-rinse IceBath™ sponge-on (1:10 if diluting). Pat dry.
  2. Apply Rapid Relief in a thin, even layer slightly beyond the affected area.
  3. Set for a minute before adding gear; use breathable wraps/pads only if needed.
  4. Repeat 1–2× daily until normal appearance returns; taper to maintenance.
