Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Certain health and personal care items

We also do not accept returns on any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds & Store Credit

All refunds are issued as store credit only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate or store credit code.

Important Note on Pre-Orders:
All pre-orders are final sale. If a pre-order is canceled for any reason, we will issue store credit only—no exceptions.


Late or Missing Credit

If you haven’t received your store credit yet, please check your email (including spam/junk folders). If you're still having trouble, contact us at sales@drawliniment.com.


Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds or store credit.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@drawliniment.com and ship your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund (in store credit) will go to the original purchaser.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
