Which program should I choose if I work in more than one role?

Start with the role that best matches how you plan to use the program: farrier referrals through F.A.N., clinic access through VetPro®, or practitioner tools through EQUINE | DEFENDER™ Pro. Tell us about your other qualifications in your application so we can help route you.

Is applying the same as being approved?

No. Each application is reviewed individually. Professional pricing, referral arrangements, portal access, and approved badge use depend on the program and your approval status.

Does a F.A.N. application automatically publish my directory listing?

No. The F.A.N. application lets you submit information for a free Farrier Finder profile. We review it before publication, and your private application contact details stay separate from the contact information you choose to display publicly.

Can horse owners use the resources without joining a program?

Yes. The Solution Finder, Farrier Finder, and public care guides are available to horse owners. Professional account benefits require the relevant program approval.
