Awards quote questions

Is this a sponsorship application?

No. This form is for associations and events that have a purchasing budget and want a custom quote. Donation and sponsorship requests belong on the Event Sponsorship + Community Support page.

Can you build the quote around one total budget?

Yes. Share the total budget, number of recipients, preferred award structure, and whether shipping must fit inside that number.

Do we need to know the exact products?

No. If you know what you want, list it. If you do not, describe the award levels, recipient count, deadline, and budget so we can suggest a workable mix.

Does submitting this form reserve products or pricing?

No. Availability, pricing, shipping, and any applicable tax will be confirmed in the formal quote. Inventory is reserved only after the order is approved and paid.
