Event Sponsorship & Community Support | Draw It Out®

Events & Community

We support events that put real riders and real animals first.

Draw It Out® reviews event sponsorship and community support requests with a practical lens: audience fit, timing, brand alignment, and whether the support can actually help riders.

What we look for

Real audience fit

Horse events, canine events, local associations, youth agriculture, endurance, rodeo, barrel racing, ranch, stock horse, and practical animal care communities are the best fit.

Clear value

We need to understand who attends, how support is distributed, and how Draw It Out® will be represented.

Enough lead time

Last minute requests are hard to support well. The earlier the request is submitted, the better the chance of a useful answer.

Information to include

  • Event name, date, location, and organizer contact.
  • Expected attendance, rider count, or participant count.
  • Audience type and discipline.
  • Sponsorship levels, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Whether support is requested as product, gift codes, awards, or another format.
  • How Draw It Out® will be mentioned before, during, and after the event.

Good-fit support models

We often prefer practical support that can be distributed cleanly, such as gift codes, award support, rider packets, approved product placement, or community-focused sponsorship packages.

Event Support FAQ

Does Draw It Out® sponsor every event?

No. We review fit, timing, audience, budget, and brand alignment before committing.

Can support be provided as gift codes?

Yes. Gift code support can be a clean way to help riders while allowing organizers to distribute value across an event.

How early should I submit a request?

Submit as early as possible. Requests with clear details and enough lead time are easier to evaluate.
