Event support questions

Does Draw It Out® approve every request?

No. We weigh audience fit, timing, budget, requested value, and the usefulness of the partnership before committing.

What kind of support is most common?

Product, digital gift cards, product credit, award support, rider-packet support, and well-defined community partnerships are often the cleanest ways for us to help.

Can I upload a flyer or sponsorship packet?

Use a public share link in the application. This keeps the request app-free and prevents attachments from being lost in transit.

How early should I apply?

At least 30 days is preferred. Sixty to ninety days gives us more room to evaluate, prepare, and ship approved support.
