We verify current federal tax-exempt status and confirm that the organization’s mission aligns with the Care Partner Program. Additional documentation may be requested when the public record is incomplete.
The 20% discount applies to eligible full-price products in the Care Partner collection. Gift cards, subscriptions, donations, dealer products, third-party products, already-discounted offers and other excluded items do not qualify. The discount cannot be combined with another offer.
No. Care Partner pricing is for products used directly in the organization’s work. Organizations purchasing for resale should use the Draw It Out® wholesale program.
No. Discount eligibility and sales-tax exemption are separate. If your organization claims a state sales-tax exemption, we will request and review the applicable state documentation before changing the tax status of the customer account.
Approved accounts may be reviewed annually. Draw It Out® can pause or end program access if eligibility changes or pricing is used outside the program rules.
