A repeatable check after an active day

  1. Observe first. Watch your dog walk and turn. Check breathing, behavior, paws, pads, coat, and skin before applying anything.
  2. Let the dog settle. After activity, make sure normal breathing and behavior have returned.
  3. Read the current label. Confirm the product is intended for dogs and follow its directions.
  4. Use the right format. Choose the quick Relief Spray for the everyday step or TheraMud™ when you deliberately want a stay-put mud format.
  5. Keep watching. Stop use and seek veterinary guidance if anything looks painful, unusual, or worsening.

Call your veterinarian when the problem is bigger than the routine.

  • Your dog is limping, unable to bear weight, suddenly weak, or reluctant to move.
  • There is significant heat, swelling, a deep wound, uncontrolled bleeding, or rapidly worsening irritation.
  • Breathing is abnormal, gums look pale or blue, your dog collapses, or heat illness is possible.
  • Pain, appetite, behavior, or energy changes suddenly.
  • A product causes redness, distress, vomiting, intense licking, or another unexpected reaction.
