Fraud and Spam Policy

This policy explains how Draw It Out® identifies, reviews, and responds to fraud, chargeback abuse, counterfeit activity, fake reviews, promotion misuse, and unsolicited messaging across store, dealer, affiliate, and creator activity.

Effective date: August 17, 2025. This page applies to online and phone orders, dealer programs, affiliates, ambassadors, creators, and related brand activity.

Scope

What this policy covers

This policy covers payment fraud, identity abuse, chargeback misuse, counterfeit activity, fake reviews, promotion abuse, reseller evasion, unsolicited outreach, and misuse of Draw It Out® or affiliated brand identity in public or commercial channels.

  • Orders may be screened or reviewed before fulfillment.
  • Promotions may be limited, voided, or canceled when abuse is detected.
  • Dealer, affiliate, and creator participation may be restricted or terminated for policy violations.

The purpose of this policy is rider protection, brand protection, and the integrity of store, partner, and review activity.

Definitions

What counts as fraud and misuse

Fraud

Unauthorized payment use, identity misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, promotion abuse, gray-market resale, counterfeit activity, and impersonation of Draw It Out® or affiliated brands.

Spam and misuse

Unsolicited bulk outreach, purchased-list activity, deceptive message headers, cloaked links, fake reviews, astroturfing, or undisclosed incentivized promotion.

Order protection

How orders may be reviewed

  • Automated risk checks and manual review may be used for mismatched order information or high-risk patterns.
  • Verification holds may require an email response, billing confirmation, shipping confirmation, or similar review step.
  • Orders may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method when verification fails or risk cannot be resolved.

If a verification response is not received within 2 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Promotion integrity

Promotion abuse and account gaming

  • Offer limits may apply per household, account, phone number, address, or device pattern.
  • Orders may be voided or adjusted when codes are shared improperly, stacked outside intended rules, or used through multi-account abuse.
  • Referral self-dealing, glitch exploitation, and repeat-account promo cycling are prohibited.
Chargeback abuse

Disputes filed after delivery or use may be reviewed as abuse

  • Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be contested using order logs, carrier tracking, delivery scans, and account history.
  • Accounts linked to chargeback abuse may be restricted or closed.
  • Program participation, dealer access, or affiliate status may be revoked where abuse is confirmed.
Anti-spam standards

Consent and clarity are required

  • Email must be opt-in, clearly attributed, and include a functioning unsubscribe path.
  • SMS must be consent-based and allow STOP-based opt-out.
  • Purchased lists, deceptive subject lines, misleading sender identity, and cloaked-link activity are not permitted.
  • Unsolicited DMs or comments using the Draw It Out® name to market unrelated goods are not permitted.

Program participants are held to stricter standards

  • Purchased-list outreach and unsolicited bulk promotion are not allowed.
  • FTC disclosures are required for incentivized content or compensated relationships.
  • Fake reviews, undisclosed gifting claims, and misleading representations may result in commission forfeiture, suspension, or termination.
  • Approved assets and approved claims boundaries must be followed.

How to manage messages and data expectations

  • Email preferences can be managed through the unsubscribe link in a message.
  • SMS preferences can be managed by replying STOP, or HELP for help where available.
  • Fraud review and store-protection activity may involve order and device information as permitted by applicable law and store policy.
