Walk by Faith, Not by Sight
(Even in the Mud)

Mornings here start with a chill in the air and the sound of hooves crunching gravel. That steady rhythm always reminds me of God’s promises—reliable, grounding, unshaken by storms.

Today, as I checked on the herd, one of our geldings stood a little off. Not lame, just watchful. Maybe he sensed something I didn’t. Horses are funny that way—they don’t speak, but they sure know. It reminded me of how we’re called to walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). Sometimes we don’t see the full path—just the next step. But that’s enough.

Life and business are like that too. Whether you're in the middle of a product launch, a personal trial, or just wrestling with doubt—remember: the Shepherd never leaves the pasture. You’re not out there alone.

I built Draw It Out® and our other brands for riders like that gelding—watchful, wise, and resilient. People who show up every day, rain or shine, because they love the animals and the life. If you’re reading this, you’re likely one of them.

So here’s your trail post for the day: trust the next step. Saddle up. God’s got the rest.
