Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received, subject to inventory availability, payment approval, and normal business operations. Some orders move out quickly. Others may take longer depending on product demand, carrier pickup timing, order complexity, weather, or seasonal traffic.
Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to the carrier portion of delivery, not necessarily the internal processing window before the shipment is handed off.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges are presented during checkout based on the destination, package profile, and current carrier availability.
We may use one or more fulfillment and carrier partners to complete delivery. Carrier selection can vary by order, product mix, or destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information is typically sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a little time for the carrier system to begin updating after the label is created.
If you do not see your tracking email, check spam, junk, or promotions folders first. If it still is not there, reach out through our Contact Us page and include the name and email used on the order.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are just that, estimates. Once a shipment is with the carrier, final transit timing is influenced by route conditions, weather, service disruptions, local delivery volume, scanning gaps, and other carrier-side factors outside our control.
Common reasons a shipment may be delayed
- Weather events or regional service interruptions
- Holiday congestion or peak shopping periods
- Rural route timing or extended carrier handoff windows
- Address validation issues or access limitations
- Carrier scans not updating in real time
We will always try to help when a shipment goes sideways, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance once the order has left our hands.
Address Accuracy and Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double check street numbers, apartment or unit details, barn names, and ZIP codes before submitting the order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address before fulfillment is complete. Once a shipment has been processed or transferred to the carrier, address correction or rerouting may not be possible.
If a package is returned to sender
- We may contact you for an updated address.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- Refund handling, if applicable, may exclude original shipping charges.
Delivered but Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is not where you expected, please check around the delivery area, with neighbors, family members, barn staff, front office personnel, or anyone else who may have accepted it.
If a package appears lost, stalled, or damaged in transit, contact the carrier first when appropriate, then contact Draw It Out® support with your order details so we can help review next steps.
Resolution may depend on the carrier record, the delivery scan history, and the condition of the shipment at the time the issue is reported.
International Orders
International shipping availability can vary by country and current checkout configuration. When international service is available, duties, taxes, import fees, customs clearance, and local handling requirements may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Customs processing can add time that is outside normal carrier estimates. We cannot control customs timelines, local inspections, or country-specific import restrictions.
