Austin Johnson Cutting Horses and Draw It Out®

Show season put Draw It Out® to work in Austin Johnson’s cutting-horse program. Between futurity preparation, daily barn care, and a packed calendar, Kelsey Johnson kept concentrate and other barn essentials on the team’s order list.

A cutting-horse program in Overbrook

Austin Johnson Cutting Horses operates in Overbrook, Oklahoma, with a two-year-old program and a growing show string. Austin’s official biography documents six years with Bobby Lewis Quarter Horses and five years as assistant trainer for Lloyd Cox Cutting Horses before building his own program.

Austin also won the 2021 AQHA Junior Cutting World Championship on Pound Sign. The result is part of the public AQHA record and gives context to the level of preparation behind the barn’s routine.

The TeamDiO connection

In 2021, Kelsey Johnson requested the Draw It Out® logo for Austin’s futurity shirts and coordinated product shipments around a show-heavy calendar. The correspondence included requests for liniment concentrate, spray bottles, and other barn essentials.
