Every month, we celebrate a member of our Real Riders community who inspires us with their passion for horses, commitment to care, and love for the ride. For August, we’re proud to introduce Kaydence Grant from Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Kaydence has been riding and caring for horses for over 8 years. She’s deeply involved in barrel racing and pole bending, with roots in gaming at ApHC shows. Owning her own stable, she’s currently brainstorming the perfect name for her operation. Kaydence rides with dedication, grit, and a clear love for her equine partners.
Kaydence shares her life with a talented lineup of horses:
One of Kaydence’s most inspiring stories comes from her horse Rock. As a 3-year-old, he fractured his hock and was given little to no chance of recovery. The owners offered him to Kaydence for free—and she took the chance. Through cold hosing, wraps, and applying Draw It Out® liniment multiple times a day, Rock defied the odds. Today, he’s sound and ready to compete again.
Kaydence swears by Draw It Out liniment gel and concentrate, using them daily pre- and post-ride. She credits them with prolonging her horses’ injections, speeding healing, and keeping soreness at bay. For grooming, she trusts ShowBarn Secret® Lavender Shampoo, Leave-In Conditioner, and Detangler, which keep her horses silky, smooth, and glossy.
When Kaydence isn’t at home with her horses, you can find her at Buck Creek Sportsman’s Club in Smiths Grove, where she loves the jackpots, great ground, and strong turnout. She also supports Camp for Courageous Kids in Scottsville, KY, a local equine organization making a difference in the community.
“Soothe muscle soreness with Draw It Out liniment spray concentrate and draw out joint inflammation with Draw It Out liniment gel.”
You can follow along with Kaydence’s equestrian journey at @kaydencegrant.
Congratulations to Kaydence for being our Real Rider of the Month for August 2025! If you’d like to be featured, join the Real Riders community here.
