ReJüv™ Recovery Journal
Quick answer
Before activity, apply ReJüv™ only as labeled to clean, dry, intact skin, use a thin layer, let it dry, and still perform a movement-based warm-up. After activity, cool down first, clean the skin, apply a thin layer, wash your hands, and monitor how the area functions.
Before-activity use should be simple and conservative:
After riding, lifting, training, or a long shift, first bring the effort down. Walk, breathe, hydrate, and let your heart rate and temperature settle. Then clean sweat and dirt from the application area and dry the skin.
Apply a thin, even layer according to the label. Wash your hands unless your hands are the application area. Let the gel dry before changing clothes, getting into bed, or touching another person or animal.
Put the package where the routine happens. A 3 oz size in a show bag and an 8 oz size at home may be more useful than one package that is always somewhere else.
Patch-test before broad use. Apply a small amount to a limited area as directed and watch for redness, itching, swelling, burning, blistering, or another reaction. Stop use and wash the area if irritation develops.
The American Academy of Dermatology recommends testing a skin-care product on a small area twice daily for seven to ten days when practical. See the AAD patch-test instructions.
Do not judge only by how hot, cold, or dramatic the skin feels. Track useful outcomes: Can you move normally? Is the area settling rather than escalating? Are you repeating the same overload pattern? Did you sleep, hydrate, and adjust the next session?
If symptoms are severe, unexplained, follow trauma, or worsen with continued activity, stop trying to optimize the topical routine and get medical advice.
Use the label, keep the routine clean, and let the product support the basics rather than replace them.
Safety note: ReJüv™ is a human-labeled topical wellness gel for external use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or injury. Follow the product label, avoid eyes and broken skin, patch-test if you have sensitive skin, stop if irritation occurs, and seek medical care for severe, worsening, traumatic, or unexplained symptoms.
