Daily Senior Routine with DiO Gel™

AM | Protect & Mobilize (3–5 minutes)

  1. Hand-walk or light lunge 5–10 minutes.
  2. Apply a thin, even layer of DiO Gel™ to legs and large muscle groups.
  3. Wrap or boot if your program calls for it; keep gear clean and dry.

Post-Work | Cool & Support (3–6 minutes)

  1. Whole-body cool with IceBath™ (dilute 1:10 to sponge or use RTU spray); no rinse, let air dry.
  2. Target lingering heat with CryoSpray® on hot legs or major muscles; let dry.
  3. Finish with a light layer of DiO Gel™; optional standing wraps overnight.
