Pick a Mixing Ladder

Classic Ladder (Concentrate : Water)

Use Case Ratio Example
Daily / Large Areas 1 : 10 1 cup DiO + 10 cups water
Post‑Workout 1 : 5 1 cup DiO + 5 cups water
Focused / Deep 1 : 3 1 cup DiO + 3 cups water

Rule of thumb: stronger mixes act faster; use the lightest mix that does the job. Always follow your product label.

Quick Ladder (Water / DiO)

Use Case Ratio 32oz Example
Maintenance 70% water / 30% DiO ~22.4 oz water + ~9.6 oz DiO
Injury 50% water / 50% DiO 16 oz water + 16 oz DiO
Intense (Short‑term) 100% Concentrate 32 oz DiO

If you don’t want to mix at all, use the 24oz RTU Spray.

Which ladder should I follow?

Both ladders are valid and published on Draw It Out® pages. Use the lightest mix that does the job, stay consistent per horse, and always follow the label on your bottle.

Wraps and boots?

Apply to intact skin, allow hair to go dry‑to‑touch, then wrap. Recheck in 15–30 minutes. Keep wraps moist if used in long contact routines.

Storage?

Make what you’ll use inside your normal cycle. Keep capped, out of heat/sun. If it’s contaminated, discard and remix.
