Coffee for the people already working when the rest of the world hits snooze.
Before Sunup is a Colombian single-origin coffee from Huila and Cauca. This light-medium roast brings bright cherry, grape and plum together with rich chocolate and cane sugar sweetness. The result is a smooth, fruit-forward cup with round acidity and a clean finish.
Huila and Cauca are among Colombia's most respected specialty-coffee regions. Their mountain elevations, volcanic soils and smallholder farming traditions help produce vibrant fruit character, chocolate depth and the natural cane-sugar sweetness found in this cup. Washed processing keeps the flavor clean, bright and precise.
The sample roast reaches first crack at approximately 9 minutes 38 seconds and finishes near 407.3°F. That profile preserves the coffee's fruit-forward character while developing enough chocolate sweetness and body for an approachable everyday cup.
The roasting supplier reports independent testing for mycotoxins, mold, yeast and heavy metals. This is roasted coffee with the origin, process and quality information visible, not hidden behind generic flavor language.
Whole Bean: Grind fresh for maximum aroma and control. A strong choice for pour-over, French press, AeroPress or espresso.
Ground: Ready for the coffee maker at home, in the barn office or beside the trailer.
Before Sunup was built for early feedings, first rides, long hauls, cold arenas and the quiet work nobody applauds. It is coffee for real riders who show up early, stay late and take care of the animals before themselves.
