Simple prep rule
Tape goes on clean, dry hair. Use the prep towel before tape, not after applying topical products.
How to use
- Brush away heavy dirt or loose buildup first.
- Use the towel to wipe the working area clean.
- Make sure the coat is fully dry before applying K Tape.
- Wash and reuse as needed.
Important: Do not apply liniment gel, oils, creams, conditioners, grooming sprays, or other residue-heavy products underneath kinesiology tape.
