- Brush off dust and sweat. Towel dry if wet.
- Clip heavy hair if extra contact is needed.
2) Apply
- Spread a thin, even layer over the target area.
- For poultice style use, apply a slightly thicker coat.
3) Optional Wrap
- Let it set 3 to 5 minutes, then wrap as usual.
- Leave on per your normal protocol, then remove and reassess.
