Each origin has a job. Brazilian coffee establishes the chocolate and praline foundation. Colombian coffee adds clean sweetness and structure. Guatemalan coffee brings highland complexity and a gentle brightness that keeps the blend lively.

Processing

• Brazilian component: 900 to 1,400 meters, pulped-natural process for body and chocolate richness
• Colombian component: 1,200 to 1,800 meters, fully washed for clarity and balance
• Guatemalan component: 1,500 to 2,000 meters, washed for brightness and complexity

Colombian Caturra, Colombia and Castillo contribute clean brightness and structure. Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica add sweetness and complexity. Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo provide the body and chocolate foundation. Seven varietals from three established coffee regions work together without one overpowering the rest.
