• Brazilian component: 900 to 1,400 meters, pulped-natural process
• Colombian component: 1,200 to 1,800 meters, fully washed
• Varietals: Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Caturra, Colombia and Castillo

Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo create the chocolate foundation, sweetness and body. Colombian Caturra, Colombia and Castillo add clean balance and structure. The result is a coffee base strong enough to remain familiar while allowing the mushroom powders to add gentle earthy character.

Lion's Mane and Chaga are functional mushrooms with long histories of traditional use. Trailwise makes them part of an existing morning ritual by blending them directly into ground coffee. No separate scoop, capsule or second drink is required.

How to brew it

Drip coffee: The easiest everyday method and the intended grind format.

Pour-over: Produces a cleaner cup with the coffee character out front.

French press: Builds a fuller body and emphasizes the earthy depth.

AeroPress: Creates a smooth, concentrated cup with controlled extraction.

Use your normal coffee-to-water ratio and adjust to taste. Stirring the brewed cup before drinking can help keep the fine mushroom ingredients evenly distributed.
