How to Use — Fast, Thin, Repeatable

  1. Prep clean: Work on clean, dry, intact skin. Brush away sweat and dirt.
  2. Spray thin: Hold 6–8 inches away; apply a light, even sheen. Massage in by hand if needed.
  3. Let it set: Allow to dry before tacking or wrapping. Confirm even coverage—no pooling.
  4. Keep the order: Cool whole-body with IceBath™ → target hot zones with CryoSpray® → finish with RTU Spray or DiO® Gel (thin).
House rule: One wrap medium at a time. Don’t put gel/liniment directly under poultice.
