Program Overview
We partner with our dealers to bring the Draw It Out® story to riders everywhere. Whether you’re hosting a booth at a hometown fair or a major national show, we’ll help you make an impression with branded materials, samples, and signage.
- Must be an active Draw It Out® dealer
- Event must be open to the public or industry professionals
- Must provide proof of booth space or event confirmation
- Applications must be submitted at least 6 weeks before the event
- If multiple Draw It Out® dealers attend the same event, only one dealer will be selected for support unless special circumstances apply.
Selection Note: Applications are evaluated based on event relevance, booth presentation, monthly and yearly order volume, and years of partnership with the brand.
Marketing Support: Approved events will also be featured in Draw It Out® email newsletters and social media blasts throughout the show to help drive traffic to your booth.
Exclusive Dealer Incentive
Dealers who carry Draw It Out® exclusively at their booth may qualify for up to 100 % booth cost reimbursement, issued in the form of product credit. Credit amounts are determined by event size, presentation quality, and brand alignment.
Brand Display Standards
To qualify for support, your Draw It Out® presentation should reflect our professional brand image. We encourage:
- Prominent Draw It Out® logo placement
- Clean, organized product layout
- Use of official signage or banners (available on request)
- No competing topical or liniment brands displayed
How It Works
- Submit your application ≥ 6 weeks before the event.
- Upload photos of your planned or previous booth setup.
- Select your desired support type — samples, POP, financial (product credit), etc. We may adjust support levels based on event scale and overall brand fit.
- Our team reviews applications weekly and responds within 7 business days.
Dealer Application Form
Lead Time Reminder
Applications must be received 6 weeks prior to the event start date to qualify for materials, samples, or reimbursement consideration. Late submissions may be ineligible for support.
Post-Event Recap
Dealers approved for support agree to submit 2–3 booth photos and a short summary of their event results within 10 days after the event. This helps us celebrate your effort and evaluate future partnership levels.
