About Draw It Out®

What is Draw It Out® and how is it different?
Draw It Out® is a sensation-free liniment system built for horses that do real work. Our philosophy: no burn, no sting, no perfume, no dyes. Calm horses accept care, and consistent routines win.
Which product does what?
  • DiO High-Potency Gel — thin, wrap-friendly support for legs & big muscles.
  • IceBath™ — fast, no-rinse whole-body cool (RTU or 1:10 sponge).
  • CryoSpray® — targeted cool for hot tendons, fetlocks, stifles, hamstrings.
  • Rapid Relief Cream — feather-thin comfort layer for intact skin where gear rubs.

How to Use

What’s the simplest post-ride routine?
Run the calm 3-step: IceBath™ (1:10)CryoSpray® on hot spots → thin DiO Gel. Let each step dry fully. See the Post-Ride Map.
Can I wrap over Draw It Out® Gel?
Yes—on intact, clean, dry skin with a thin, even coat. Use clean wraps and recheck at ~12 hours. Full guide: Liniment + Wraps.
Open wound or near eyes?
No. Keep topicals out of eyes and off open or deep wounds unless your veterinarian directs otherwise.
Cold weather adjustments?
Shorten wet cooling and towel dry, or skip wet steps and use CryoSpray® + thin Gel. See the Cold-Weather Guide.

Cooling & Routines

IceBath™ — RTU or dilute?
Both work. For a sponge-on whole-body pass, use 1:10 with water (about 1 part IceBath™ to 10 parts water). RTU spray is grab-and-go. No rinse needed.
When do I use CryoSpray®?
After the whole-body cool, spray specific hot zones (tendons, fetlocks, stifles, hamstrings). Let it dry fully before any wrap.
Daily care for “stocking up” (cool, painless swelling)?
Walk 10–15 min → thin DiO Gel → optional clean standing wraps. More prevention plays: Stop Stocking Up.
After hauling—legs look puffy?
Arrival reset: Walk out 10 min → IceBath™ → CryoSpray® hot spots → thin Gel. Details here: After Trailer Guide.

Wraps & Poultice

Liniment under standing wraps—good idea?
Yes—thin coat only, on intact skin, let set for ~60 seconds, then clean quilt + even tension. Full instructions: Guide.
Poultice vs. liniment—when to use which?
Pick one wrap medium at a time. Use liniment for fast, wrap-friendly support; use poultice when you want longer surface cooling. Don’t layer Gel under poultice. Compare: Poultice vs. Liniment.

Shows & Rules

Show-suitable?
Our system is formulated without typical show-restricted ingredients and is suitable when used as directed. Always confirm the current rules for your association and discipline.
Will my horse “feel” it?
We design for calm care—no menthol burn, no alcohol sting, no perfumes or dyes. Relief you can’t feel is the point.

Safety & Ingredients

Sensitive skin?
Many riders choose DiO because it’s sensation-free and free of perfumes/dyes. Always patch-test new routines and use on intact skin only.
Hydration & electrolytes—do they matter for swelling?
Yes. Offer electrolytes per label during work/hauling and a second bucket of plain water. Hydration supports recovery and helps manage puff in heat. See Hydro-Lyte™ tips.
Storage & temps
Store sealed, out of direct sun, and avoid extreme heat/cold. Let products return to room temp before use.

Orders & Policies

Shipping & returns?
