How to Use IceBath™ — RTU or 1:10

  1. Prep clean: Brush sweat/dirt; work on clean, dry, intact skin.
  2. Choose format:
    • RTU Spray: Mist neck, shoulders, back, hindquarters; avoid face/eyes.
    • 1:10 Sponge: Mix one part IceBath™ to ten parts water; sponge on generously.
  3. Air dry—no rinse. Let it set before the next step.
  4. Then target & finish: Hot zones with CryoSpray® → thin finish with DiO® Gel or 24oz RTU Spray.
Order matters: Whole-body cool first → targeted cool → thin finish. That’s how you get clean, wrap-friendly results.

Post-Ride Routine (10 Minutes)

  1. Cool whole-body: IceBath™ RTU or 1:10 sponge. Air dry—no rinse.
  2. Target hot zones: CryoSpray® on tendons, fetlocks, stifles, hamstrings. Let dry fully.
  3. Finish thin: DiO® Gel or 24oz RTU—sheen, not frosting. Optional clean standing wraps.

Cold Weather

Towel first, then 1:10 sponge in the aisle. Keep coats dry before blanketing.
