Hayle joined the WPRA in 2016. In 2025 she qualified for her first Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, placed in seven of 10 rounds, won Round 7, and finished the season fourth in the world. By September 21, 2026, the published WPRA world standings listed her second with $193,885.27 in season earnings.
