Humidity hydration routine
Humidity makes cooling harder. A horse may sweat, recover slower, and stay hotter longer even when the work does not look extreme.

Fast answer: humidity turns electrolytes into part of a larger heat-management routine: water, shade, airflow, cooling, workload decisions, recovery checks, and label-based electrolyte support.
When air is humid, sweat does not evaporate as efficiently. That can slow cooling and make recovery take longer. The horse may need more careful observation than the temperature alone suggests.
Hydro-Lyte® with GastroCell® fits the electrolyte and gut-support lane for humid weather, hard work, hauling, and long show days.
They may need more careful electrolyte planning when humidity increases sweat and slows recovery. Follow label directions and keep water available.
Abnormal breathing, weakness, depression, prolonged recovery, heat illness signs, or a horse that does not cool normally needs professional help.
