Ask these three questions

1. Do you want a strong cooling or warming sensation, or a calm routine?
2. Do smell, artificial color, sensitive skin, or under-gear use matter in your barn?
3. Do you need targeted gel, broad ready-to-use spray, or mixable concentrate?

Common objections

“If it does not tingle, how do I know it works?”

A sensation on the rider's hand is not a measurement of the horse. Encourage the customer to judge routine fit, skin tolerance, application, and what they observe in the horse.

“Why is it colorless?”

Artificial color is not a performance ingredient. Colorless care is practical around white legs, gray horses, clipped coats, hands, towels, boots, pads, wraps, and tack.

“Does it treat infection?”

No. The formula has antimicrobial and antifungal properties, but it is not presented as an infection treatment and does not replace veterinary care.

“Is it competition approved?”

Do not promise automatic approval. Rules change. Customers should review the full current label and the current rules for their discipline.
