Frequently Asked Questions

Is Draw It Out® show-safe?
Yes. Our liniment contains no typical show-restricted ingredients and is suitable for FEI/USEF environments when used as directed.
What’s the difference between the Gel and the Concentrate?
  • 16oz High Potency Gel: full-strength, sensation-free relief for legs and large muscle groups. Goes on thin and clear.
  • Concentrate (e.g., 128oz): same core benefits in an economical format for soaks, wraps, and larger coverage. Use as directed or dilute for broader use.
How do I dilute the Concentrate?
Use Case Suggested Mix Notes
General body or large muscle coverage 1:1 to 1:3 (liniment:water) Apply to clean coat; let dry. Wrap if desired.
Soaks & wraps 1:3 to 1:5 Saturate standing wraps or a towel; apply thin and even.
Daily maintenance 1:5+ Adjust as needed based on work level and sensitivity.

Always spot-test before first use. Avoid eyes and open wounds.

Can I wrap or boot over Draw It Out®?
Yes. Draw It Out® goes on clean and is sensation-free, making it wrap-friendly. Apply a thin, even layer and wrap or boot as desired.
Does it burn, tingle, or have a strong smell?
No. It’s built to be sting-free and odor-light with no menthol burn, no alcohol sting, and no dyes or perfumes.
Should I use it before or after a ride?
Both are common. Before a ride, apply a light layer to support comfortable movement. After a ride, use on legs and large muscle groups to support recovery.
How often can I use it?
Daily use is common—especially during training or show weeks. Use as needed based on workload and your horse’s response.
Can I use it with IceBath™ or CryoSpray®?
Yes. Many riders cool first (full-body IceBath™ / CryoSpray®) and then apply a thin layer of Draw It Out® gel to lock in post-cool comfort.
Can I apply it under tack or boots?
Yes. Apply a thin, even layer and allow it to set before tacking. It dries clear and won’t gum up when used properly.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula is designed to be gentle and naturally-derived. As with any topical, spot-test first to confirm comfort.
Will it stain my horse or wraps?
No. It’s colorless and goes on clear. If over-applied, simply wipe away excess before wrapping.
Storage and shelf life?
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions. Keep the cap closed to prevent contamination.
Can people or dogs use it?
Yes—our formulas are safe beyond horses. For dogs, also see K9 Advanced™. For people, see ReJüv.
Any common-sense cautions?
Keep out of eyes, mouth, and open wounds. Discontinue if irritation occurs. When in doubt, consult your veterinarian.
