Most retail orders move into fulfillment as quickly as possible during normal business operations. During high volume periods, show season, or major promotions, processing may take longer.
Delivery timing depends on carrier route, destination, weather, holidays, and order size. Tracking is the best source once the carrier has scanned the shipment.
Large orders, gallons, case packs, and wholesale shipments may use different packing or freight handling than small retail orders.
When a free shipping offer or everyday threshold is active, it will be shown in cart or checkout. Some large, wholesale, oversized, or special orders may be handled separately.
Once a package is with the carrier, Draw It Out® will help with tracking and support, but carrier scans and delivery updates come from the carrier network.
Tracking is normally sent by email after fulfillment. If you cannot find it, contact support with your order number.
Save the item, box, label, packing material, and photos. Then contact support so the claim process can be started.
