Missing packages, damaged shipments, wrong items, and carrier issues are frustrating. This page explains what we need so we can help quickly and clearly.

What to include when you contact us

Order details

Include your order number, name on the order, email used at checkout, and shipping address.

Photos

For damage, include photos of the product, shipping label, box, packing material, and any visible leakage or breakage.

Tracking

If the issue is carrier related, send the tracking number and describe what the carrier shows versus what happened.

Package claim process

Carrier and shipping protection claims often require clear documentation. In some cases, a signed statement or affidavit may be required before a claim can move forward.

  1. Save the product, box, label, and packing material.
  2. Take clear photos before discarding anything.
  3. Contact support with your order number.
  4. Complete any required claim form or affidavit.
  5. Wait for support to confirm the next step.

Do not throw away packaging yet

For damaged shipments, the box and packing material can be required for claim review. Throwing them away too early can make a claim harder to verify.

What if tracking says delivered but I do not have the package?

Check the delivery area, household members, barn office, neighbors, and carrier notes first. If it still cannot be located, contact support with your order number and tracking.

What if my product leaked or broke?

Save the box and send photos of the item, package, label, and packing material. Support will review the issue and advise the next step.

Do I need to sign an affidavit?

Sometimes. Certain carrier or shipping protection claims require a signed statement before the claim can be completed.
