Refund Policy - Draw It Out® Style

Returns

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out! Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If it’s been over 30 days, we, unfortunately, can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Select health & personal care items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, or video games
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. Sometimes it takes time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank. There’s often a processing period before a refund shows up.
  4. If you’ve done all this and still don’t see your refund, email us at sales@drawliniment.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds—sale items are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Need an exchange? Email us at sales@drawliniment.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once your return is received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver instead.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If your return is over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
